Craig Hirshberg

Craig Hirshberg

Craig Hirshberg is a meditation teacher, a spiritual director and a Reiki Master. She is an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister dedicated to transcending the boundaries that separate people, working with all regardless of their religious or non-religious affiliation. A former parish minister, she left parish life to pursue her passion - helping people get in touch with the wisdom that rests within them and helping them to heal spiritually, emotionally, and physically. She incorporates a variety of experiences to that end: Insight meditation, spiritual guidance, interactive imagery and Reiki, as well as class and small group interaction.

Rev. Hirshberg has worked in non-profit organizations for over thirty-five years. She was the founding minister of the UU Congregation of Somerset Hills. She is a graduate of Kent State University and received her Masters of Divinity from Drew University Theological School. She is a graduate of Shalem Institute for Spiritual Guidance and is certified in Interactive Imagery from the Academy for Guided Imagery. She has studied Vipassana (Insight) meditation practice at the Insight Meditation Center and the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies and has been teaching meditation for fifteen years. As a Reiki Master, she compliments the balancing of the mind with the balancing of body energy.
